How everything started in a Weber Kettle
Friends started asking if they could buy the Ventresca made at home. One request turned into five, then ten, and suddenly we were forced to level up. To keep up with demand, we invested in wood smokers and well-seasoned fruit wood for a consistent, clean, honest flavour. What began as a personal mission for better food has grown into Royale Smoked — proudly crafting smoked meat worth bragging about.
